On July 24 CVAC Chair Terrance Law and CEO Chuck Fast were guests at the Comox CanadAsia Business Society luncheon in Vancouver. This Society, with associate Sino CanAm Education & Technology Society, was established in 1999 in B.C. by a group of entrepreneurs, industrialists, scholars, professionals and investor immigrants. The annual membership has on average 200 SMEs, of which international trading and industrial manufacturing account for major categories. In partnership with related industry associations, governmental departments and foreign consulates in B.C. they organize programs year round for business communities on practical topics, factory tours, business matchmaking, delegation receptions, industry tradeshows and trade missions. | |
