 Honorable Rick Thorpe, Minister of Small Business & Revenue presented Dyan Spink, owner of Joe Cartos on the Fly Inc., with Vancouver Island Small Business of the Year Award. This award was recently announced at the annual award ceremony coordinated by the Business Examiner of Vancouver Island. While at the Airport, Minister Thorpe, accompanied by Minister Hagen, MLA for the Comox Valley, was given a tour of the facilities by CEO Chuck Fast and CVAC Chair Terrance Law. | |
