If you have lost an item at the Airport please contact the Administration Office by phone at 250-890-0829 ext. 252 or by email and leave a message with the following information: description of item lost, date that the item was lost, your name and contact information. The staff will make every attempt to locate your lost item. If found, and ownership verified, the item can be picked up in person or shipped to you C.O.D. After three(3) months the lost items will be donated to a local charity. Items left on board the aircraft or under the care of the air carrier, please contact the airline directly.
